Traffic Enforcer Extorting Money From Motorist Caught On Camera
A traffic enforcer extorting money from a motorist who allegedly committed a traffic violation was caught on camera and now making rounds online.
Traffic enforcers are government employees hired to manage and control the flow of traffic along the road to avoid congestions and accidents.
They were authorized to issue a violation ticket for the motorists who will be caught breaking the traffic rules and violations.
Recently, a Facebook user named Anthony Enriquez has uploaded the photos and video of a traffic enforcer extorting money from a motorist.
In the video, it can be seen that the traffic cop was charging the motorist and its colleague with P2,000 for committing a traffic violation, instead of giving them a violation ticket.
The motorist asked him if he could reduce the price by 50 percent since P2,000 seems too much. The traffic cop nearly agreed until he noticed the camera.
The enforcer suddenly issued a violation ticket against the motorist after learning that one of the vehicle passengers was filming the incident.
