Kapamilya actress Janine Gutierrez has this to share about her relationship with ABS-CBN actor Jericho Rosales.
During the wake of “Asia’s Queen of Songs,” Pilita Corales, actor Jericho Rosales called himself “Janine’s boyfriend,” and this ended the rumors about their relationship. He publicly confirmed their relationship after months of rumors circulating online.
“If you want a definition of a family, this is the family. And I’ve been so honored to just, you know, I’ve been spending time with them because I’m Janine’s boyfriend…” he said. After confirming their relationship, the couple freely shared photos of themselves online, but despite this, they maintained most parts of it private and low-key.
During her appearance on “Oh My Gan,” Janine opened up about their relationship.
According to her, she can sum it up as something simple, comfortable, and grounded. She feels happy, peaceful, and supported in this chapter in her life, which includes this part.
During their lock-in shoots in Iloilo, she and Jericho prefer spending quiet, meaningful time together. The actress shared, “Magdadrive lang kami. Ang ginawa namin, nag-drive kami, dumaan sa simbahan, dumaan sa museum, kumain. Very simple lang. Parang just happy to spend time together. Kwentuhan.”
She also shared how supportive Jericho has been, particularly in her career and personal achievements. Just previously, she was named Esquire Philippines’ “Sexiest Woman Alive,” and Jericho is happy for her in this achievement. He’s been cheering for her always.
In her life, having someone who believes in her has brought her both happiness and strength.
“I’m happy to be with someone who’s so supportive,” she said and added, “Nararamdaman ko yung suporta niya so it makes me feel happy and parang mas nabibigyan din ako ng lakas to work hard.”
