Kian Loyd Delos Santos’ family refuses another autopsy.
KIAN LOYD – The family of the 17-year-old Kian Loyd Delos Santos refused the another autopsy to be conducted over the death of the 12th grader.
According to the report of the GMA News, Athena Imperial reported on Unang Balita on Thursday, August 24, that on Wednesday night, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) went to the wake but was refused by the family to conduct the said examination due to the reason that the student had been examined twice already.
But they were in sincere gratitude for the NBI despite the refusal.
Also, Commission on Human Rights (CHR) chairman Chito Gascon went to the wake.
On a previous report, the Philippine National Police (PNP) Crime Laboratory and the forensic expert’s report on the autopsy of Kian showed contradicting results.
The forensic expert’s report resulted that the victim has sustained three fatal shots to where bullets entered at the back of the head, behind the left ear and inside the left ear, it has then all exited at the right part of the head.
One of which is accordingly treacherous, legally defined as the wound which is inflicted by the assailant to a victim to ensure the execution. Thus, treachery can also be a basis to file m*rder charges.
