Pinoy netizens react on the viral photo that shows a desperate netizen is ready to pay everyone just to participate in the People Power Anniversary on February 25.

People Power Revolution 31st anniversary is already near. Many social media users believe that people who opposed the new administration would unite in the said event.

But in the latest Facebook post of Blogger Thinking Pinoy has caught the attention of the Pinoy online community after the post revealed that someone was allegedly funding the said event to gather more participants.

The photo showed that they are looking for people to join the event in exchange of 700-1000 pesos each just to attend EDSA People Power Anniversary rally.

The photo went viral and earned mixed reactions from the netizens. Some Social media users lambasted the people behind the post for being desperate to destroy the image of the Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte.

“Langya para sa 700-1000 pesos papagurin mo sarili mo para sa walang katuturan?hahaha.. grabe!sobrang short na din ba ng budget nyong mga YELLOWTARDS kaya ganyan lang ibibigay nyo sa mga mauuto nyo? CHEAP NYO!” netizen said.

“Oh di lumabas ang totoo, kelangan nila pang magbayad para me sumali sa rally nila, hahahah… silang bayaran sila ang desperado at yung pinaglalaban nila eh hindi suportado, kase kelangan mong magbayad para me umattend… kung talagang napakaganda at tunaya ang layunin ng pinaglalaban nila eh kusang loob ang susuporta… eh hindi eh, ayan oh bayad… hakot lang… talagang … it doesnt need to be true, just needs to look like it … haaaay pray ko lang maholdap yung me hawak ng pera , tingnan ko lang pag di nagkagulo at nagkakuyugan dyan sa rally na yan hahahh,” netizen said.

Some of the supporters of Duterte who reacted on the viral post believes that the said event would only be used by the opposition to gain media attention, locally and internationally.

Others also criticized the post as fake and just to destroy the image of the President of the Philippines.
