The last Filipin0-American who made it to the Top 20 American Idol ended her journey in the world’s most popular singing competition American Idol Season 12. Adriana Latonio was the last Fil-Am in the three Filipino-Americans who made it to the Final 40.
Adriana ended her stint in the American Idol after the Top 10 were already revealed by Fox Television on Thursday night (Friday morning Manila Time.) Last February Fil-Am Jett Hermano failed to make it to the Top 20 while Bryant Tadeo was also eliminated last week.
The Alaskan Pinoy, Adriana Latonio’s performance last Tuesday (Wednesday morning Manila Time) was not as impressive as her previous Idol performances. She sang the song titled “Stand Up For Love,” by Destiny’s Child.
Although she was already eliminated, host Ryan Seacrest announced that there will be a sing-off next week. Here, two eliminated contestants will be vying a slot in the competition and the winner will be part of the Idol tour.
Meanwhile, those who made it to the “Idol” Top 10 are Paul Jolley, Burnell Taylor, Curtis Finch, Devin Velez, Lazaro Arbos, Janelle Arthur, Candice Glover, Angie Miller, Amber Holcomb and Kree Harrison.
