Grocery Setup Inside Mini Van Goes Viral for Clever Setup and Big Sales
A lady netizen went viral and received praise online after sharing her unique grocery setup inside a mini van.
Recently, Joyce Katherine, a Facebook user, shared her creative grocery setup inside a minivan. The post quickly circulated on social media and elicited reactions from the online community.
Katherine shared how she and her husband decided to try selling snacks and drinks from their van during local “disco” events in their province. These events are common before fiestas and are usually held in barangay gymnasiums, attracting large crowds.
The atmosphere is similar to a bar, but with a more relaxed and rural feel.
At first, the couple only brought a few items to sell, but they quickly ran out of stock. Realizing the strong demand, they returned the next night with more goods. In just a few hours, from around 11 p.m. to 3 a.m., they earned between P15,000 to P20,000.
Most of their sales came from beer, hard drinks, and cigarettes—items that are popular during late-night gatherings.
The setup may look simple from the outside, but the van was fully loaded. Beers were stored on the roof rack, while boxes of liquor were neatly arranged in the middle of the vehicle. Only a few items were displayed at the back to keep things clean and organized.
Since the area was quite dark, they used their cellphones as lights to make their space more appealing than nearby stalls. The couple shows how creativity and timing can lead to great results, even in small businesses.

“Sharing our mini grocery set up sa mini van nagtry lang kami, nung bata pa kasi ako naka try ndin minsan neto kaya nung nauwi husband ko, nag try kami mag tinda sa mga disco2x dito sa probinsya. Two days straight na kami nagtitinda, from 11pm- 3 am. Nung first night namin konti lng dala namin ubos agad sayang ung sales hehe. Ranging from 15-20k yung benta sa ilang oras lng na pgtitinda. Dito lng dn kami ngtinda sa jalapit namin na brgy, na tripan lng magtinda and okay din naman. Hahaha, enjoy din.
PS( sa mga nagtatanong po yes po, mga alak at yosi po halos yung benta, disco po tawag samin pg may party po bago ang fiesta. Kaya sobra po daming tao. Kung sa manila po, parang sa bar ung set up pero dito po sa province is sa Gymnasium po ng brgy ung set up and sobrang daming tao. Kaya po nkka garner ng 15-20k sa ilang oras lng na pgttnda)
