5 Students Complete Elementary Education Despite Remote Mountain School Location in Bukidnon

BUKIDNON – Five students successfully graduated from elementary in a remote mountain school location in Bukidnon.

A vlogger, Megoy Rekoy recently highlighted the remarkable achievement of five students who successfully graduated from elementary school in one of the most remote schools in Bukidnon.

The Bukdugan Ta Palangka Elementary School, located in the district of Malitbog, is surrounded by vast fields and farmland, making it quite isolated. Due to its secluded location, motorcycles and other vehicles are unable to reach the school, requiring students to hike their way there.

In addition to navigating rocky paths, they must cross three parts of a river and trek through mountains to reach the school premises. Megoy Rekoy, the blogger, emphasized the challenging journey these students undertake.

Rekoy further explained that their visit aimed to confirm the graduation of these five students and that the video captured only a portion of the ceremony.

The achievement of these students from a remote school is truly inspiring, especially considering the challenging conditions they face. Some of them have even passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers, showcasing their dedication and resilience.
