Dengue Outbreak

The Department of Health – Region IX declared the outbreak after dengue cases reached more than 2, 000 from the month of January up to May 14, 2022. The figure is quite bigger compared to 107 reported cases in 2021

The barangayswith high dengue cases have launched their own anti-dengue campaign to prevent the increasing cases of dengue. The villages conduct fogging operations and other measures to remove dengue-causing mosquitoes in the area.
