Suspect Arrested for Killing 15-year-old Kid Who Allegedly Refused His Order

Police already arrested the man suspect for shooting and killing the 15-year-old kid who allegedly refused to the errands he ordered.

The suspect in the shooting of a 15-year-old boy in Pasig City who refused to obey his orders has been apprehended. According to the investigation, the suspect is 19-year-old Anwar Pascan E. Piang, also known as “Alias Negro.”

Piang was apprehended at a night market in Pasay City during a follow-up operation led by Pasig Police Staff Sergeant Joselito Sedeo. The gun allegedly used by the perpetrator in the shooting of Grade 7 student Richard Misa has been recovered by Pasig City Police.

According to the initial police report, Piang said that the victim was shot by mistake. The Pasig City Police Criminal Investigation Division still has Piang in custody.

According to the victim’s father, his son was demanded by the neighbors in exchange for the coin. However, according to the witness, on Wednesday, the perpetrator “Alias Negro” allegedly instructed the victim to buy items several times, but when he became tired, he declined.

The perpetrator allegedly became enraged and pulled out a rifle, shooting Misa. The survivor received a bullet wound to the eye. The first two attempts at pulling the trigger did not result in an explosion, according to a witness, but the third attempt resulted in the death of Raul’s son.
