A new showbiz pairing could be on the horizon following rumors that Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson is set to be the next leading man of this award-winning actress in an upcoming project.
Gerald Anderson is currently starring in the ABS-CBN action-drama series Blood vs Duty, in which he also played teh role of a director and producer.
He came a long way since he started his showbiz career through the Kapamilya reality show Pinoy Big Brother. Over the years, he was paired with several leading ladies, after his first loveteam partnership with his ex-girlfriend Kim Chiu.
It was rumored just recently that Gerald Anderson will be paired with Nadine Lustre. For several years, the actress was also under a loveteam with her ex-boyfriend James Reid.
When she went out of the onscreen partnership, Nadine was able to showcase more her acting caliber with various projects. She already received several acting awards, and the most recent one was for the movie Uninvited, in which she won Best Supporting Actress title at the 73rd FAMAS Awards in 2025.
Although there is no official confirmation yet, many fans have already reacted positively to the rumored team-up of Gerald and Nadine, based on the article in Newsko. Many believe the two would have great chemistry and are eager to see the actor and actress share the screen in a series.
Meanwhile, the movie starring Nadine and Paulo Avelino, filmed in Paris, France, is still highly anticipated.
