PAGASA Releases Latest Weather Update for Wednesday (April 21)
The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that Typhoon Bising would bring stormy weather condition over some parts of the country.
On Wednesday (April 21, 2021), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather updates in the country. Typhoon Bising would continue to affect the country’s weather condition.
PAGASA reported that Typhoon Bising has maximum sustained winds of 175 kilometers per hour and gustiness of up to 215 kph. It was last located at 395 kilometers east of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
Bising is expected to bring stormy weather condition over the provinces of Cagayan and Isabela. The typhoon would bring rains with gusty winds over the provinces of Batanes, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao and Aurora.
Gusty winds and rains are also expected over the rest of Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, the eastern portion of Mountain Province, the eastern portion of Ifugao, Aurora, Camarines Provinces, Catanduanes, and Polillo Islands.
The weather agency also advised the public to take precautuionary measures for possible flash floods and landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 remains in the following areas:
- Eastern portion of Cagayan
- Rastern portion of Isabela
Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1
- Batanes
- The rest of Cagayan including Babuyan Islands
- The rest of Isabela
- Quirino
- Apayao
- The eastern portion of Kalinga
- The eastern portion of Mountain Province
- The eastern portion of Ifugao
- The northern and central portion of Aurora
- Polillo Islands
- Northern portion of Camarines Norte
- Northeastern portion of Camarines Sur
- Northern portion of Catanduanes
