KOBE BRYANT – Pinoy celebrities react to the death of NBA legend Kobe Bryant after he died in a helicopter crash on Sunday.
National Basketball Association (NBA) player Kobe Bryant died in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California on Sunday. His 13-year-old daughter Gianna was also on board and died along with 7 others. They are on their way to Mamba university for basketball practice.
His last post on social media is about his fellow basketball player LeBron James. He congratulated him on surpassing him on NBA all-time scoring list. In his Instagram post, he wrote: “On to #2 @kingjames! Keep growing the game and charting the path for the next.” LeBron was seen grieving outside Laker’s team plane after he received a word of Kobe’s death.
Kobe Bryant is one of the most popular names and admired players in the basketball league. His untimely death saddened his family, friends, and fans all over the world. He has played for the Los Angeles Lakers for 20 years.
Filipino people and celebrities are among the people who mourn the sudden death of the basketball legend. He was in the Philippines in July 2009, July 2011, August 2013, and June 2016, his last.
