VICKIE RUSHTON BASHED – The Bb. Pilipinas 2019 candidate Vickie Rushton was bashed online over loss but her boyfriend Jason Abalos came in defense.
Bagging special awards such as Miss Ever Bilena, Jag Denim Queen, Manila Bulletin Award, Miss Creamsilk, Miss World Balance, and Bb. Poten Cee Gandang Palaban, undeniably, Negros Occidental candidate of Binibining Pilipinas 2019 Vickie Rushton is among the crowd and their sponsors’ favorite.
She stood out among the other candidates not just because the fact that this is her second shot in the pageant but because a lot of people believed in her and all her capabilities to represent the country in an international pageant.
However, being called as one of the Top 15 candidates, Rushton was asked by judge Daniel Padilla as to what could be the reason why mental health is just as important as the mental health. The question is actually slightly quite in line with her advocacy – the Down Syndrome Awareness.
While answering, she got panicky, went stuttering, and eventually did not finish her answer. She apologized at the end. This incident has somehow made some of her supporters felt bad as the Question and Answer portion is the most crucial part of every pageant.
With this, she got bashed online. But her ever-supportive boyfriend Kapuso actor Jason Abalos came in defense for her.
