The state weather bureau PAGASA released the newest and the latest updates about former Tropical Cyclone Tomas inside PAR.

On Tuesday (November 27, 2018), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported that Tropical Cyclone Tomas weakened into a low-pressure area.

PAGASA said that the low-pressure area was last spotted at 1,060 kilometers east of the Batanes’ Basco town.

The northeast monsoon would bring cloudy weather conditions with isolated light rain over the Ilocos, Cordillera Administrative, Cagayan Valley, and Central Luzon Regions.

Partly cloudy to cloudy weather conditions with isolated rainshowers are expected over the remaining parts of the country.

Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over the extreme northern Luzon would be rough to very rough.

The surrounding sea conditions over the northern and eastern sections of Luzon would be moderate to rough.

The weather bureau said that slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions are expected over the rest of Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao.
