Man Spends Six Hours on Hospital Roof After Failing to Pay Medical Expenses

A man reportedly stayed on top of a hospital roof for about six hours after he was unable to settle his medical expenses.

The man, identified only as Ronald, caught the attention of many people as he moved from one rooftop to another to avoid being reached by authorities.

According to witnesses, Ronald climbed onto the roof and kept transferring from one area to another. This made it difficult for both police officers and firefighters to approach him safely. People nearby watched with worry as the situation went on for several hours.
