Vlogger Norman Mangusin Alias Francis Leo Marcos Transferred to Parañaque City Jail
Vlogger Norman Mangusin, also known as Francis Leo Marcos, has been transferred to the Parañaque City Jail.
On Friday morning (February 27, 2026), the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group – National Capital Region confirmed Mangusin’s transfer. According to CIDG-NCR chief P/Col. John Guiagui, they received a commitment order directing that Mangusin be moved to the Parañaque City Jail.
The original case against him was filed there, which is why the court ordered his transfer.

Guiagui explained that once a warrant is served and returned to the court, it is standard procedure for a commitment in order to be issued. It means that the accused will be transferred to the proper detention facility where the case is being handled.
When Mangusin was brought out from the CIDG-NCR custodial facility, he was seen with his head shaved. Guiagui clarified that this is part of the regular rules inside the jail. Newly admitted inmates are required to have their hair cut short.
He also stressed that this rule is part of jail policy and not a special action ordered by police officials.
Mangusin was arrested on February 24, 2026 while dining at a hotel in Pasay City. He is facing 12 counts of unjust vexation. Each count carries a bail of P12,000, bringing the total bail amount to P120,000.
As the legal process continues, authorities said they will follow proper procedures and allow the court to handle the matter accordingly.
