Andre Yllana was asked about the love life of Aiko Melendez
Actor Andre Yllana had this answer when asked about the rumored relationship between his mother, actress-politician Aiko Melendez, and former actor Onemig Bondoc.
Rumors linking Aiko and Onemig started circulating when their photos together surfaced on social media. Then, the rumored couple had a social media live in which they answered questions from netizens.
Based on a previous interview, Onemig admitted that he started pursuing Aiko. The former actor also shared that he waited for this for more than two decades. He also admitted that he tried to pursue the actress before, but this did not flourish.
In a recent interview, based on the article in PEP, Andre Yllana, the son of Aiko Melendez with her former partner Jomari Yllana, was asked about the current status of the actress-politician’s love life.
Andre is one of the cast members of Hell University, the upcoming mystery-thriller series that is set to be released on Viva One soon. When he was asked about the rumored relationship between Aiko and Onemig, the young actor said, “Enjoy!” which supported the relationship rumors.
“Mukha naman po silang masaya. So, kung masaya naman po sila, enjoy po,” Andre said. He also had an honest answer when asked if he was close to Onemig. “Puwede na po,” he answered.
Meanwhile, Andre Yllana is a Viva Artist Agency (VAA) contract star, and many have noticed that his projects have come one after another. The actor could not help but feel grateful. “Blessed po talaga saka very thankful po na binigyan po ng opportunity,” he said.
He also expressed gratitude to Boss Vic del Rosario, the CEO of Viva Entertainment. In the same interview, Andre shared that he has a good relationship with both his mom and dad. He said that Aiko is very supportive and would often ask him how he is on the set and about the scenes he had.
Andre added that his father would always remind him to be on time and be ready on the set. Andre also said that he is willing to have a project with Onemig, even though the latter has been inactive in showbiz for many years now.
