Robi Domingo and Maiqui Pineda are having their first baby
Kapamilya host Robi Domingo shared an Instagram post announcing that his wife, Maiqui Pineda, is pregnant.
Robi and Maiqui tied the knot two years ago. It was a star-studded wedding with his closest friends in the entertainment industry. Before getting married, the couple went through a tough time when Maiqui was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease called dermatomyositis.
It was extra challenging for them since they were preparing for their wedding at that time. Fortunately, Maiqui recovered, and their wedding was spectacular.
Two years after tying the knot, Robi Domingo and Maiqui Pineda received a big blessing. The Kapamilya host shared a reel on his Instagram page declaring that they are going to be parents.
In the first part of the video, Robi featured the reactions of his friend in the entertainment industry, and people close to him and Maiqui as they showed them the sonogram of their baby. Everyone flashed that happy surprise face and expressed how happy they are for the couple.
The video also included the sweet moments that the couple had over the years, including the wish that they wrote on a lantern, which was to have their baby or babies in the future.
Another portion showed that it was on September 29, 2025, when they confirmed that they were going to be parents. When Maiqui showed the result of the pregnancy test to Robi, he got emotional.
“Two years married… and now our greatest blessing is on the way. Happy 2nd anniversary! We’re ready to give you all our love,” Robi Domingo wrote in the caption of his post. In the comment section of his post, many celebrities and fans congratulated them and wished them well for the next chapter of their lives as a couple.
