Kapamilya actress Gerald Anderson said that he needed to do this first before entering a new relationship.

Gerald’s love life is known in the entertainment industry as a hot topic. His last known relationship was with actress Julia Barretto. Their fans have been anticipating that they would be each other’s endgame, but this did not happen.

In a recent interview, Gerald was asked about his love life. The actor said that he is not yet ready to enter a new relationship. He said that he needed to do something first.

Gerald Anderson stressed that he needs to be the best version of himself before becoming someone’s boyfriend. The actor also said that he is focused now on his personal growth and his career.

“It’s been OK. I’m focused right now on my growth as a person and building my career and building sa pagkatao ko because wala naman sigurong perfect person,” he said.

The actor added that, being single right now, he is taking his time to absorb what he has learned and improve himself as a person.

“Am I looking forward (to another relationship)? That’s why I have to be the best possible person before entering a new relationship,” Gerald said.

However, the actor did not elaborate on the areas that he needed to improve in himself to be ready for his next relationship.

“It’s very personal for me and it’s very important. I can’t really share it, but of course, there are a lot of things that I need to improve on as a person, yung hindi niyo nakikita behind the camera,” Gerald Anderson said.

He added that he needed to learn a lot of things to be a better person, and he is still in the process of fixing himself.

Meanwhile, the Kapamilya actor shared in a recent interview that he will be having a new series with Richard Gutierrez this year. He said that it has been his dream to do a project with the Incognito star.
