Lady Customer Airs Frustration After Convenience Store Refuses to Accept Seabank Payment
A lady customer was disappointed with a popular convenience store after it reportedly did not accept Seabank payment.
Recently, Ma Marion, a Facebook user, shared her experience after her Seabank payment was allegedly not accepted. The post quickly went viral online and garnered various reactions from the internet users.
Marion explained that she attempted to pay using Seabank, a digital banking option she regularly uses. To her surprise, the store staff informed her that the payment method was not accepted.

It left her feeling disappointed, especially since she believed that a long-established convenience store should already support modern payment options.
Because of the situation, she had to return to her apartment just to get cash. She was fortunate to still have some loose change left in her wallet, which allowed her to complete her purchase.
The inconvenience became more frustrating when she was advised to withdraw money from the store’s ATM instead, even though she felt that digital payments should already be available.

Marion pointed out that many small and newly opened food stalls already accept different forms of cashless payment. In her view, a large convenience store operating around the clock should be able to provide the same level of service, especially since their prices are often higher due to 24-hour operations.
The lady customer also shared that based on her past visits, other digital payment options were often unavailable as well.
Some agreed that businesses, especially big chains, should keep up with new technology. Others reminded customers that not all branches may have the same systems in place.
