In an interview, ABS-CBN actress Nadine Lustre expressed that in the future, she wanted to work with this famous actor.
During an interview with MJ Felipe in Cinema One’s The B Side, actress Nadine Lustre opened up and revealed who she would want to work with in the future. According to her, she already has an actor in mind she would want to work with, and at the same time, she is a fan.
Nadine expressed her hope to work with Pepe Herrera in the future. Apart from being a fan, he is a good friend of hers. One of her favorite films of the actor is Ang Pangarap Kong Holdap, and she draws inspiration from the other comedy projects she already done.
“Gusto ko [maka-work] si Pepe Herrera, si kuya Pepe. Sobrang fan niya ako, as in. Isa sa mga favorite local film ko is ‘yung Ang Pangarap Kong Holdap and he is also a good friend,” she said, and added, “Total nag-comedy na naman ako ng slight, tuloy na natin.”
She also desired to experiment with different genres, such as action. She is willing to participate in an action project. She is willing to resume her training and even desires it.
Nadine is also open to doing international projects, but for now, she is occupied with the good projects being offered to her here in the Philippines. She finds it hard to reject the good projects being given to her.
Her endeavors don’t stop here. She also likes directing and hopes to direct a short film in the future. She said, “After [co-directing music videos], I realized I really like directing so obviously it doesn’t stop there. Maybe if ever I would shoot something, if I would do like a directing project sa susunod, probably short film.”
