A woman at a fast-food restaurant in Cavite went viral after slapping a staff member when she was denied from using her cellphone as payment for her order.
Over the past few days, the woman who caused a commotion inside a fast-food restaurant in Naic, Cavite has gone viral after slapping both a staff member and a fellow customer. The incident happened after the woman was reportedly denied when she tried to use her cellphone as payment for her food order.

In the video, the woman can be seen pointing at the staff, shouting at them, and even making rude gestures. Several employees and a delivery rider tried to calm her down, but the situation only became worse.
The furious lady slapped a female crew member, and when another customer stepped in to help, she slapped her too. The female customer eventually slapped her back in self-defense.
The woman attempted to leave the establishment, but staff and customers blocked the exit to stop further trouble. According to the barangay, two staff members and one customer were hurt because of her actions.
Despite the chaos, the woman managed to escape by quickly boarding a bus outside the restaurant.
Barangay officer Estee Hernandez explained that the woman tried to order food without money and insisted that her brand-new cellphone could serve as her payment. The crew calmly explained the situation, but she took offense and saw it as an insult, which triggered her outburst.
The barangay added that based on the initial assessment of responders, the woman may have had a mental health issue, as her behavior was far from normal. Police officers who responded also shared the same observation.Â
Customers were also advised not to intervene physically and instead inform security or management to ensure everyoneâs safety.
