Zanjoe Marudo talked about the theme of his new movie
Kapamilya actor Zanjoe Marudo shared his thoughts on annulment and divorce, which is the theme of his new movie UnMarry with actress Angelica Panganiban.
Zanjoe and Angelica have been friends for many years already. Even though they now have their respective families, they were still able to maintain the bond of friendship between them.
Previously, Zanjoe expressed happiness to have a reunion project with Angelica. He said that they are now more mature and have a better understanding of their characters as parents.
In a recent interview, based on the article in ABS-CBN Entertainment, Zanjoe Marudo shared his thoughts on annulment and divorce.
“Mahirap eh. Mahirap yung annulment. Mahirap magsalita para sa lahat pero kung para sa akin, hindi siya pumapasok sa isip ko ngayon eh. Ngayon pa lang ako mag-iisip ng opinyon ko,” the actor shared with a laugh.
He stressed that he is happy now and getting separated is not entering his mind. Hopefully, he said that this would not happen to him.
“Kasi andun ako naka-focus sa kung paano siya pasasayahin at kung mas paano magiging masaya yung pamilya at bahay naming pamilya. Pero kung sa divorce, hindi ako puwede magsalita para sa lahat. Kasi may kanya kanya tayong opinion diyan eh,” he explained.
Being married to actress Ria Atayde, Zanjoe Marudo said that he never imagined that married life would be this happy. He is thankful for the happiness he feels right now.
Meanwhile, a rumor surfaced a few days ago that Zanjoe and Ria broke up. However, with what the actor said, he is indirectly debunking the breakup rumors.
When it comes to being a first time parent, the actor said that he discovered a lot in himself. He said that things have deeper meaning now that he has become a father.
