Freelance Vlogger in Talisay City Lost His Life Motorcycle Accident
A freelance vlogger passed away after a motorcycle accident in Taytay Mambucog, Barangay Zone 16, Talisay City.
On Thursday (November 20, 2025), the freelance vlogger in Talisay City, Negros Occidental died in a tragic accident. The sad news garnered various reactions from the online community.
The victim was identified as 41-year-old Ralphie Rayo, a resident of Buenavista Subdivision in Barangay Guinhalaran, Silay City. The news shocked many who knew him, especially since he was reportedly on his way home from Bacolod when the accident happened.

According to Police Lieutenant Ana Rose Duca, Deputy Chief of Talisay City Police, residents nearby heard a loud crash past one in the morning. Some of them checked the area but did not immediately spot anything in the darkness.
It was only when passing motorists passed through and their headlights lit the scene that they discovered a man lying motionless on the road beside a parked pick-up truck that was undergoing repairs.
Initial investigation showed that Rayo was traveling home to Silay City when he crashed into the parked vehicle. The impact was so strong that he suffered severe injuries, which later claimed his life.

Authorities confirmed that he was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, but the force of the collision was too strong to survive.
The accident left the community saddened, especially those who knew Rayo personally or followed his online content. Friends and viewers had known him as someone passionate about sharing stories and experiences through his videos.
The owner of the parked pick-up has assured the police that they will assist the victim’s family in any way they can. The vehicle owner is currently in police custody while authorities continue the investigation to confirm all details surrounding the crash.
