He was inside the mayor’s office, and he showed two big black vaults. “Not one, but two vaults! Anong ginagawa ng dalawang malalaking cash vault na ito? Kailan pa naging City Treasurer Office o bangko ang opisina ng isang alkalde?” he wrote in the caption of his post.
