Vice Pres. Sara Duterte Calls on PNPA Graduates 2025 To Always Choose What Is Right
SARA DUTERTE – The Vice President seemingly took swipe at the government in her message for the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) graduates 2025.
School graduations are taking place left and right now. The closing exercises in the different schools and educational institutions in the country usually take place in March and April. Government officials usually release their special messages for the graduates.

Ahead of the PNPA Singlawin Class of 2025 graduation, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte who just returned to the Philippines from The Hague this month gave a message for the graduates. In her message, the Vice President is seemingly taking swipe at the Philippine government as she alludes to the arrest of her father.
Former Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte was arrested by the PNP authorities last March 11. On the same day of his arrest, he was “forced” to board a plane that took him to The Hague, Netherlands via Dubai. His custody was transferred to the International Criminal Court.

Vice Pres. Sara Duterte immediately flew to The Hague for former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte. She set his ICC legal team before she returned to the Philippines where there is a looming impeachment trial against her.

With regards to her message for the PNPA Sinaglawin Class of 2025 graduates, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte started it by congratulating the graduates as they start a life dedicated to the service of the Filipino people and the country.
“You have chosen a path that is rough, demanding, and may even be extremely perilous. But this is the right path for you to meaningfully serve the country and demonstrate a sense of patriotism,” the Vice President said.
Duterte expressed her hope that the graduates of the PNPA Sinaglawin Class of 2025 will always choose what is right. The Vice President expressed her hope that they will not allow their profession to be tainted by a wrong action like betraying a fellow Filipino.
“Walang kapatawaran ang pagsuko at pagpapakulong sa mga dayuhan ng isang Pilipinong naglingkod ng tapat sa ating bayan,” she said.
In her message, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte called on the graduates to be patriots who will stand for the truth, offer their lives for what is right, and protect the country from people who are corrupt and hungry of power.
The Vice President reminded the graduates of their courage and incredible strength that molded them into the people that they are now. She also reminded them that there will be no honor for people who will commit betrayal against the interest of the Filipinos and the nation.
Vice Pres. Duterte ended her message telling the graduates that what they are doing is for God, the country, and every Filipino family. Amid Duterte’s arrest which caused political turmoil in the Philippine government, Senator Imee Marcos opened a Senate investigation over Duterte’s arrest and she recently released her findings.
Amid the suggestion to the Ombudsman to investigate several Cabinet officials, Pres. Bongbong Marcos disagreed with the findings of his sister, Imee, over Duterte’s arrest.
