Lady Netizen Slams Employees of Public Hospital in Bacolod City Over Disrespectful Behavior
A lady netizen expressed her disappointment toward the employees of a public hospital in Bacolod City due to their disrespectful behavior.
Recently, Kristine Rodriguez, a Facebook user, shared her frustration over the rude behavior of some employees at a public hospital. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
Rodriguez recounted the challenges she faced while caring for her mother, who was undergoing chemotherapy. Initially, her mom received treatment at a private hospital, but due to financial constraints, they decided to move to a public facility, the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital (CLMMRH).

While this helped ease the financial burden, it came with emotional stress and hurtful encounters.
Kristine detailed one particular visit when her mother was admitted. Following hospital rules, she and her sibling took turns caring for their mom. Despite complying with the guidelines, she was treated poorly by some hospital staff, including security guards.
The unkind words and judgmental tone made her feel humiliated, especially at a time when her family needed compassion and support the most.

The lady netizen shared her painful experience when her mother passed away. She was delayed by a guard when she was rushing to see her mom for the last time. Sadly, she arrived too late. That memory stayed with her, not just for the loss, but also for the lack of empathy.
“The worst was on the day my mom died but I let it pass because I was running like hell para maabtan ko lang si mama nga buhi but I was a few seconds too late because of that one lady guard,” she said.
The woman’s post reminds public employees to treat everyone with dignity, regardless of status. Public service is not about power but about helping others. Everyone deserves respect, especially those already going through difficult times.
