MARCOS BLEEDING GUMS – Malacañang assured the public that there is “nothing to worry” about on the health of Philippine President Bongbong Marcos.

The president’s health is a national concern, thus, many people were shocked when blood was seen on the lower teeth of Pres. Bongbong Marcos during a speech. He talked at an event held at Camp Aguinaldo to honor the slain uniformed personnel and their families.

Giving a speech is one of the things that president do frequently. One of his recent speeches was when Marcos Jr. gave a speech for Araw ng Kagitingan. Most often, it is the message of the Chief Executive that draw attention from the audience.

However, recently, at the event in Camp Aguinaldo, it was the Marcos bleeding gums that hooked the attention of many people. A clip of the said speech went viral on social media and gathered different reactions.

Several netizens advised that Pres. Bongbong Marcos might need to have a health check-up following the blood spotted in his lower teeth. There are also comments telling Marcos Jr. to also prioritize his health amid his duties as the country’s president.

Amid the different reactions of the netizens on the Marcos bleeding gums, Malacañang recently broke its silence. Palace Press Officer Undersecretary Atty. Claire Castro said she just had a meeting with the Chief Executive.

Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, Malacañang Press Officer Undersecretary Atty. Claire Castro claimed that there is nothing to worry about. According to her, she did not see any indication that the President is not in good health.

“Nothing to worry po. Kaka-meeting lang po namin kaninang umaga. Wala naman po akong nakikitang hindi maayos ang kalusugan niya,” the Malacañang Press Officer said.

Reportedly, aside from the event at Camp Aguinaldo where Marcos’ bleeding gums was spotted and the wreath-laying ceremony at the Mt. Samat National Shrine in Pilar, Bataan for the Araw ng Kagitingan anniversary celebration, the President also gave a speech at a food fair in Mandaluyong.

Recently, Malacañang also revealed the reaction of Pres. Bongbong Marcos on the lewd remarks of some election candidates in their campaign sorties.
