The easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over the Zamboanga Peninsula, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi.

The northeast monsoon will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Batanes.

The easterlies will bring generally fair weather conditions over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over extreme Northern Luzon will be rough. The rest of Northern Luzon will have moderate to rough coastal waters. The remaining parts of the country will have slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions, according to PAGASA.

A gale warning was raised over the northern seaboard of Northern Luzon.
