Traffic Enforcer in Cebu Punches Man Who Allegedly Attacked Woman & Another Enforcer
A traffic enforcer in Mandaue City, Cebu was caught on video punching a man who allegedly attacked a woman and another traffic enforcer.
A traffic enforcer is a person responsible for managing and controlling traffic on roads and ensuring that traffic rules are followed. They are usually part of a city’s traffic management agency or local government unit.
Traffic enforcers help guide vehicles, prevent congestion, and enforce laws like proper parking, speed limits, and road safety regulations. Their duties often include directing traffic, issuing fines for violations, assisting pedestrians, and responding to road-related incidents.

In some cases, traffic enforcers also help during emergencies or accidents to restore smooth traffic flow.
Recently, a video of two traffic enforcers trying to restrain a man, who was sitting and appearing to resist being tied up. The authorities struggled to control the man as he continued to wrestle free.
Eventually, one of the traffic enforcers punched him in an attempt to stop him. Prior to this incident, the man reportedly punched a woman in the stomach while she was waiting for transportation.

The sudden attack appeared to have been unprovoked, as stated by the local traffic enforcement agency. The same man then allegedly hit one of the responding traffic enforcers who was trying to intervene.
The city’s traffic agency suggested that the woman may have been a random target of the man’s aggression. Following this, authorities arrived at the scene to manage the situation, leading to the recorded altercation.
The police have now taken the suspect into custody. Legal complaints will be filed against him for his actions, ensuring that he faces the appropriate consequences.
As of this writing, none of the individuals involved in the incident, including the woman, the suspect, or the enforcers, have given any formal statements.
