Rita Daniela files a reply affidavit.
Recently, Kapuso actress Rita Daniela filed a reply affidavit following the filed counter-affidavit of Archie Alemania.
GMA actress Rita Daniela filed an acts of lasciviousness complaint against Archie Alemania following the treatment she received from him during and after an event they both attended. She filed this last October before the Office of the City Prosecutor in Bacoor City, Cavite.
The incident started at the Thanksgiving party Bea Alonzo prepared for the people of “Widow’s War” which included both of them. The series of disrespectful acts and words she received went on until the moment he took her home.
She allowed to be taken home by him thinking he was already sober enough but she thought wrong. He made advances on her such as forcing her to kiss him and groping her chest. Fortunately, she was able to let go.
In a previous article, Alemania filed a counter-affidavit which reflected his denial of the accusations. The actor and his lawyer Atty. Ameir Muksan submitted the document at the Bacoor Hall of Justice.
Following the legal step the actor has taken, Daniela made a response by filing a reply affidavit. She filed a six-page reply affidavit at Bacoor Hall of Justice and the documents contained her response and affirmation over the complaints she filed against the actor.
According to Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, Rita’s legal counsel, the counter-affidavit of Alemania was an admission of what he did. In a statement, Garduque expressed that the actor admitted the foul words he said to her during the party. He also admitted to touching Daniela inside the car but to comfort her, however, no one would come out of a car angry after being comforted.
“Why would Rita be angry when he did not do something wrong when they were at the car? If he just touched to comfort her?” the legal counsel said.
