The issue between Vice Ganda and Kim Chiu was put to an end.
The supposed falling out between Vice Ganda and Kim Chiu turned out to be a false narrative following their recent interaction.
Rumors of a supposed falling-out between It’s Showtime hosts Vice Ganda and Kim Chiu have finally been put to rest after they appeared together in the noontime show to show the public that they are on good terms. It all started following their viral exchange on X (formerly Twitter).

Kim’s fans criticized Vice for not mentioning the former in her acceptance speech at the FAMAS Broadcast Arts Awards, where It’s Showtime won Best Variety Show, and Vice was named Best Entertainment Host.
In a reply, Vice directly tagged Kim, referring to the toxic comments some netizens were posting against the comedian. While both stars later clarified that they remain on good terms, they also appeared together on the July 22 episode of Showtime, joking and interacting normally, which further dispelled the feud rumors.
The online exchange fueled speculation because Vice publicly tagged Kim, with some interpreting it as a sign of tension.
During the opening segment, Kim jokingly remarked, “Sobra! Ang dami nang banat sa akin. Tama na!”
This was after failing to understand one of her co-hosts’ jokes. Although the moment briefly caught viewers’ attention, the atmosphere remained lighthearted throughout the show. Later in the program, Vice and Kim shared the stage during the “Laro Laro Pick” segment, interacting naturally as if nothing had happened.
Their on-air reunion appeared to confirm those statements, with many viewers concluding that the issue had been blown out of proportion by online speculation.
Vice had earlier clarified that there was no conflict between them, while Kim likewise assured fans that they remained on good terms.
