Flooding due to Kristine PH trapped and claimed the life of an old man.

KRISTINE PH – An old man was found dead by the rescuers after he got trapped in his home due to flooding caused by the severe tropical storm.

Deep flood, thousands of evacuees, and several were killed as Kristine battered the Philippines. Amid the tragedy were the rescue efforts of rescuers and the coming of in-kind and financial help from other people to help the victims.

However, sometimes, despite the effort, there will be instances where help is extended too late already. The rescuers of Albay tried hard to save people who were trapped due to flooding but they were too late for an old man who got trapped inside his house.

The identification has not been revealed but the old resident estimated to be over 80 years old was already dead when the rescuers came to get him out supposedly to safety.
