Carmina Villaroel On “Pakialamera, Matapobre” Accusations

This is what Carmina Villaroel said about this.

Actress-host Carmina Villaroel addresses the issues circulating online about her where in some, her twins are involved.

Celebrities being thrown with issues and their mere statements being interpreted as shady and intriguing is no longer new in the industry. One example is Carmina Villaroel whose statements posted on her social page are blown out of proportion by some people online.

In a previous article, Carmina shared an intriguing post that led people to think that it was for singer Darren Espanto, the rumored boyfriend of her daughter Cassy at that time.

Last January, she also talked about the people who hurt her twins Mavy and Cassy. Admittedly as a protective mother, she expressed that those who hurt them have no respect for them. She added, “Hindi tama na manakit ng kapwa.”

During the finale presscon of Abot-Kamay Na Pangarap, she decided to answer some questions and one of those she addressed was the “pakialamera” and “matapobre” allegations.

What saddens her are the misconceptions people have about her. If she really was this way, she believed that this would have surfaced a long time ago already as she’s been in the industry for decades now.

“Dapat noon pa, natsismis na yan, na masama akong tao, na ganito-ganito. But if you look back, yung mga chismis, wala kang may kitang ganun,” she said.

She expressed she’s not perfect but she knows no one ever said that she’s a diva. It’s just started last year.

But in the end, all the issues being thrown at her are not affecting her at all. People just misunderstood her statement and the attempt to tarnish her name is just nonsense as she knows the truth, especially her statement in an old podcast where people are trying to connect it with Kyline Alcantara.

“So, pag titingnan mo yung timeline, ang layo. So, ano man yung sinabi ko noon, I wasn’t pertaining to anyone,” she said.
