KC Concepcion Feels Nostalgic Seeing Her Old Apartment in Paris

KC CONCEPCION – Actress and singer KC Concepcion felt nostalgic while visiting her old apartment in Paris.

KC Concepcion recently took a trip down memory lane as she revisited her old apartment in Paris, a city she considers her second home. In a new vlog, the actress and entrepreneur shared highlights from her brief but meaningful 48-hour stay in the city.

“Ever since I lived here, I fell in love na talaga. Paris is a core memory and will always be special to me,” KC said at the beginning of the video. Despite the short visit, she made sure to maximize her time by exploring the city she adores.

On her first day back, KC treated herself to a cup of hot chocolate, a nostalgic choice, even though it was summer. She then spent time visiting several museums, seeking artistic inspiration. In a stroke of luck, she also got to watch the finals of the tennis men’s doubles event at the Olympics, marking the first time she was in Paris for such a significant event.

“This is the first time I’m here in Paris when there’s such a big event. Kasi usually, umaalis kami ng Paris to escape the crowd,” she shared.

On her walk home after the match, KC was thrilled to catch the Olympic cycling race on the streets, an unexpected bonus to her day. She later bought some books and capped off the evening with a dinner surrounded by friends.

The next day, rain fell over Paris, but KC didn’t mind. She enjoyed lunch at a flea market, bought Indonesian takeout for her friends, and took the opportunity to shop for beauty and self-care products.

The highlight of the trip, however, was visiting her old apartment. KC fondly recalled the nearly four years she lived in the building on the fifth floor.

“Almost four years din ako tumira dito sa building na ‘to and I live on the fifth floor. Sobrang saya ko kasi whenever I come home, whenever I come here to Paris and napapadaan ako dito, parang it feels like uuwi lang ako,” she explained.

Strolling through the familiar neighborhood, she noted how much had remained the same—like the church, pizza parlor, and grocery store nearby.

“’Yan ang gustun-gusto ko sa Paris, halos walang nagbabago pero ang daming nagbabago. They tend to stick to their traditions and preserve kung anong mayroon sila,” KC said.
