Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera are subjects of this fake news
A fabricated story claimed that Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes allegedly admitted that Zia Dantes is not his daughter with his wife Primetime Queen Marian Rivera.
Celebrity news and gossip are among the most trending topic on social media. Most of the time, controversial issues catch the attention of the online community so easily. However, there are times when netizens or social media pages create their own story without basis and often, these are fabricated stories.
Just recently, the Kapuso couple became the victims of fake news. Based on the article in Balita, talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz, a well-known showbiz insider, showed a screenshot of a Facebook post from a certain page called “Showbizfinds” with 200 thousand followers.
The post alleged that Dingdong Dantes has finally spoken the truth surrounding his daughter Zia. This included edited photos of Dingdong and Marian in which they appeared to be crying.
In the photo, this was written, “Hindi ko anak si Zia.” Ogie Diaz slammed this fake news. The talent manager-vlogger stressed that this is fake news and the page is a fake news peddler.
With this, Ogie warned the public to be careful of what they see and read on social media and just trust credible news outlets. As of this writing, Marian and Dingdong has not released a statement yet regarding this matter.
Meanwhile, the Kapuso royalties and their kids amused netizens with their entry in “Just Gimme My Money” Tiktok trend. In the video, Marian, Zia, and Sixto pranked Dingdong. Everyone clapped and cheered after each of them said the line “Just gimme my money.”
However, when it was Dingdong’s turn, Marian and the kids were silent and they just laughed after the actor’s reaction to the prank.
Don’t believe in Fake news.
