Nino Muhlach issues formal statement after Sandro Muhlach finished filing formal complaint.
Actor Sandro Muhlach filed charges before the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and his father has this official statement.
Amid rumors about Kapuso actor Sandro Muhlach assaulted by two GMA independent contractors in a hotel room, he sought help from the authorities. The actor filed charges before the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) against the perpetrators.
He was accompanied by his father, actor Niño Muhlach to file the complaint formally and the NBI refused to disclose the names of the respondents. However, it has been revealed before that the contractors are Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz.
As per the authorities, they both asked for privacy. To recall, this formal complaint to the NBI came after the filed formal complaint to the GMA. The network recognized the seriousness of this complaint and assured the public that the investigation will be done with fairness.
Previously, the lawyer of accused contractors released a statement. They stressed in their statement their “deep sadness” over the claims against them. They also expressed that the allegations do not mirror what happened and reiterated their right to address the matter in the proper forum.
Now that the formal complaint to the NBI has been filed, Sandro’s father finally aired his thoughts about what happened to his son. In a post on Facebook, the former child wonder shared that their family is suffering from the incident that involved their son which included “unspeakable and vile acts” done to him.
He asked for prayers as they go through all of these to have enough strength and courage as they seek justice for Sandro in a legal manner. Towards the end of his statement, he thanked the people for “support and kind words and your gracious gift of space”.
