Sharon Cuneta obviously enjoyed working with Barbie Forteza
Megastar Sharon Cuneta shared a behind-the-scenes photo with Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza.
Sharon and Barbie are currently filming for their first project together, the upcoming series Honor Thy Mother. It is a collab series of GMA, ABS-CBN, and Prime Video.
The series also features Khalil Ramos, John Estrada, Mercedes Cabral, Tonton Gutierrez, RK Bagatsing, and many more.
Previously, Barbie revealed that the award-winning actress is her idol. The Kapuso star said that it was Sharon who inspired her to be an actress. This is the reason why she was excited to work with the Megastar.
Sharon Cuneta also expressed happiness to work with Barbie Forteza. The Megastar shared a photo with the Kapuso actress. “With my very own sweet Barbie [heart emojis], @barbaraforteza,” Sharon wrote in the caption of her post featuring her photo with Barbie.
The Megastar was holding a clapper with all the details of their shoot. In the comment section of the post, Barbie shared a reaction. “Waaahh!!! Always a pleasure being on the set with you po! @reallysharoncuneta,” the Kapuso Primetime Princess commented. Fans also gushed over the closeness between them. “WOW they really look like mother and daughter!!” a fan commented.
Previously, Barbie shared one thing she noticed when doing a scene with the Megastar, and the acting that the veteran actress would have. The younger actress said that the veteran actress would have a quiet way of doing a dramatic scene. Barbie explained that during emotional scenes, Sharon would not always cry, but the needed emotion could still be felt.
Meanwhile, Sharon Cuneta also received positive words from former matinee idol Matthew Mendoza, who revealed that the Megastar was one of the co-stars he will never forget. His project with Sharon was indeed a memorable one for him.
