The SSS member populace is mostly composed of locally-employed individuals in the private sector. Its membership populace is also open for self-employed individuals, overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), as well as voluntary members.

  • not a recipient of any final SSS benefits
  • updated in the payment of their other SSS loan(s), if any

SSS Calamity Loan

  • a minimum of 24 monthly contributions posted and three (3) of which must have been posted within the last 12-month period before the month of filing of loan application
  • at least 60 years old upon the filing of the loan application
  • not a recipient of any final SSS benefit nor was refunded SSS contributions
  • has updated payments in case of existing loans with the SSS

  • Step 1 — Visit the www.sss.gov.ph. Tap/Click the option MEMBER under Portals.
  • Step 2 — Tap/Click Register.
  • Step 3 — Read the reminders carefully. Tick the box on the lower part to certify that you understood the reminders and then click on the “Proceed” button.
  • Step 4 — Enter the required personal information.
  • Step 5 — Pick among the choices provided for your Registration Preference. Then enter the required information.
  • Step 6 — Tap/Click the “I’m not a robot” and the “I accept the Terms of Service” then submit.
  • Step 7 — Confirmation Page will be displayed. Review and tap/click “Confirm” if all details are correct.
  • Step 8 — Upon submission, a confirmation message will appear. Tap/Click “OK”. Check your email for the password setup. Tap/Click the link “clicking here.” Then you will be directed to the set password page.
  • Step 9 — Supply the last 6 digits of your CRN / SS number then tap/click “Submit”.
  • Step 10 — Supply your preferred password then tap/click “Submit”.
  • Step 11 — After setting up your password, you will be directed to Security Question Setup.
  • Step 12 — Pick two security questions from the drop-down menu and provide your answers.
  • Step 13 — Supply your password then click “Confirm”.
  • Step 14 — Once you have successfully set up your security questions, the transaction number will be displayed. Tap/Click “Go to Home” to proceed.
  • Step 15 — You will be directed to the My.SSS member account homepage.
