IT’S SHOWTIME – Vice Ganda and the other hosts of the noontime program were asked about their mothers and these are the things they shared.
The Mother’s Day this year is on May 12, Sunday. This is the day when mothers are treated extra special for all the things they do for the family. In a conversation, many of us will surely easily get emotional just at the mention of our mother. This is not because of our love for our mother that makes us emotional, it is because of their love for us that proved love is indeed unconditional.
In a previous article, we listed down some lessons from famous celebrity single mothers for this year’s Mother’s Day. Honoring their mothers, the hosts of ABS-CBN noontime show It’s Showtime paid tribute for their moms.
They were asked about the things they adore about their mothers.
For Vice Ganda, what he liked about his mother is the fact that she is his mother.
As for Anne Curtis, her mother is a “cute human being” who never fails to make her smile and laugh “with all her little gestures and her personality”.
For Karylle, the best part about moms is that they remain that way despite your age and for Vhong Navarro, he shared the things he is grateful about his Mama Arci and Mama Gay.
He shared, “Una sa lahat, napaka-suwerte ko kasi dalawa ang mommy ko. Si Mama Arci, tinanggap niya ako na parang totoong anak niya. Si Mama Gay naman, noong pinaka-mabigat na nangyari sa buhay ko umuwi siya dito para sa mga anak ko.”
For Kim Chiu who emotional almost immediately, said that he mother is probably happy for her. She already lost her but she was he biggest inspiration and source of strength whenever she faces a difficult time based on the video.
