UNIONBANK PERSONAL LOAN REQUIREMENTS – Listed here are the documents required in applying for the multi-purpose cash loan offer of UnionBank.
In applying for any loan offer, there are documentary requirements for application and the sets of required documents may vary. Most banks and other lending firms only process the loan application for evaluation after the submission of a complete set of requirements.
In the case of the UnionBank Personal Loan requirements, the lists of the required documents vary depending if the borrower is employed, self-employed, or a foreign national.
Employed. If you are a salaried individual working in the Philippines, here are the documents that you need to prepare and submit to the bank to apply for the loan offer:
- duly-accomplished and signed UnionBank Personal Loan Application Form
- one (1) valid government-issued ID with photo and signature
- proof of income (any of the following)
- Latest complete 1 month pay slip issued within the last 2 months (Note: If you receive two or more pay slips in a month, please submit all of them)
- Certificate of Employment with Salary issued within the last 2 months
- Latest ITR with BIR stamp
Self-Employed. If you are running your own business, here are the UnionBank Personal Loan requirements for application:
- duly-accomplished and signed UnionBank Personal Loan Application Form
- one (1) valid government-issued ID with photo and signature
- proof of income
- Latest income tax return of your business (Form 1701) – all pages
- Latest Audited Financial Statements of the business with independent auditor’s report and balance sheets and tax receipt with bank stamp – all pages
Foreign Nationals. The loan offer is also open for foreign nationals and here are the documents it requires from a foreign national who want to apply for the loan:
- duly-accomplished and signed UnionBank Personal Loan Application Form
- one (1) valid government-issued ID with photo and signature
- valid passport or ACR
- proof of local residency (any of the following)
- Immigrant Certificate of Residency (ICR)
- ACR I-Card with Visa status “Permanent”, otherwise, should be valid for more than 1 year
- Visa and Work Permit/Alien Employment Permit (AEP) with validity of more than 1 year
- Special Resident Investors (SRIV)
- Special Resident Retirement Visa (SRRV)
- For Top 2000 companies, employment contract or letter from Company HR printed on company letterhead with name, position, and confirmation of term.
