RUFA MAE QUINTO – Filipino actress and comedian Rufa Mae Quinto has a touching tribute to late actress Jaclyn Jose.
Rufa Mae Quinto, a Filipino actress, TV personality, and comedian, gained widespread recognition for her roles in the hit movies “Booba” and “Boobita Rose.” Her showbiz career started after securing a spot in That’s Entertainment in 1996.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she found herself on an extended stay in San Francisco with her Filipino-American husband, Trevor Magallanes, and their daughter Athena Alexandria Magallanes, due to lockdowns while visiting the US. In 2022, Rufa Mae joined Sparkle Artist Center, and by 2023, she returned to the Philippines.
In her recent Instagram update, Rufa Mae conveyed her heartfelt condolences to Jaclyn Jose’s family. It is worth recalling that the renowned veteran actress passed away on March 2 at the age of 60, succumbing to a myocardial infarction or heart attack.
Upon learning of Jaclyn’s demise Rufa Mae, expressed her sorrow and fondly reminisced about the moments they shared in the past. Rufa Mae described the late veteran actress as cool, amazing, and enjoyable to be around off-camera. Additionally, she expressed gratitude to Jaclyn for portraying her on-screen “nanay.”
