Kapamilya actor-singer Kyle Echarri previously suffered from a great loss. Just this April, his younger sister Bella passed away after some months of battling with brain cancer.
Kyle’s younger sister Bella‘s condition has been kept away from him at first. She was diagnosed with cancer in May 2022 but he was informed by his family about it on June 2022 and this decision was his sister’s decision.
She did not want him to be stressed about her situation while he was working. In April 2023, Bella died.
Bella was just 12 years old. In his heartbreaking post about her, he wrote, “You are the most amazing sister anyone could ever ask for. I already miss your hugs/kisses for Manong (Kyle) whenever he was sad and your cheers for whenever I was on stage.”
He was really close with her. They were really close and even after she passed, he still got something from her that he always carries with him.
He is currently one of the hosts of “It’s Your Lucky Day” and when he was asked what is his lucky charm, he shared that his lucky charm is his necklace that has a butterfly pendant.
Inside the pendant are the cremates of his sister Bella. The other pendant is a cross, a matchy pendant that he had with her.
He shared on the video, “Ang laman po nung butterfly ay yung cremates niya. So, lagi ko pong bitbit.”
Kyle has shared in a post before that despite his sister’s passing, he takes comfort in knowing that she is now done fighting for something she did not deserve and with the thought that she can now smile, sing, dance, swim, and eat again.
