Last June, Kris Aquino and Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste were confirmed to be dating. The Queen Of All Media also confirmed this through her social media posts as she believed he deserve this but shortly after the confirmation, she posted an emotional post that confirmed their separation.
She expressed that certain factors in their lives have led to this like her illness and his obligations as a public servant.
“I asked Marc for a pause because with my condition the way it is now, i’m self aware enough to know that a long distance relationship will be next to impossible for us to maintain,” she expressed.
But in a previous article, she revealed deeper reasons behind their split. Accordingly, he is not ready to be in a serious relationship with someone like her. Moreover, she could not imagine what their situation would bring her if she sees him enjoying in the Philippines while she is suffering adding that the ending “would still be the same” if they “had tried to stay together as a couple”.
She stressed that they both deserve a life filled with peace after all.
And after this post, Mark shared a photo with her on his social media page stating that it is for “love, friendship, and posterity”. He even added a hashtag of the combination of their names – #MarKris.

To recall, Kris and Mark sparked dating rumors in January this year. This is after the Batangas vice governor shared that he welcomed 2023 with her in the US. He has also gotten closer with her two sons and he was the one with her when Bimby and Josh returned to the Philippines.
