SHARON CUNETA – Megastar Sharon Cuneta had this reaction to this old interview of Kapuso actor Alden Richards.

Kapuso host-actor Alden Richards and Megastar Sharon are going to do a film together and some behind-the-scenes snaps of “A Mother & Son’s Story” was shared online. This will be directed by Nuel Naval.

Both Richards and Cuneta expressed their excitement to be working together.

And recently, in an Instagram post, Sharon found out about an interview where Alden expressed his want to be working with her. According to the actor, he has watched a lot of her films and he admired how she acts.

The Megastar has discovered this and her heart ballooned with so much happiness. He sent it to her and she shared that it has been a long time since she did a movie like the one they are doing now – “simple and straightforward, funny and touching and just all-around feel-good”.

“Alden and I talked lengthily for the first time only when we did workshops for this new project, and were both amazed at how much we had in common that I might as well have given birth to him,” she shared.

She added that it’s easy for her to do the scenes because she felt like he is really her son and that her three younger children now have a “kuya”. She loved just how similar they are and she is thankful that they were put together in this project.

The Megastar furthered that their film will be shown in December but she feels like this is just the right time for the film to be released since the Christmas season is all about love and family. She promised that it will be worth it.

In the comment section of her post, Alden has this reply, “Love you ma. ❤️”
