CARLA ABELLANA – GMA-7 actress Carla Abellana drop the price of her Luxe Rockwell condo unit.

Last year, Carla Abellana advertised one of her prized homes—a luxurious condominium unit located in the center of Pasig—amid reports that she and Tom Rodriguez were divorcing. “My condo unit at The Grove by Rockwell is still available for sale or lease,” she announces on IG.

Following a brief tour of the unit, Carla released several photos showcasing its finest details. A quick glance reveals that the 68-square-meter space is divided into a living room, a bathroom, a den, and a master bedroom, complete with two balconies from which you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the city.

The interior’s wooden floors, muted walls, and contemporary furnishings create a room that straddles minimalism and eccentricity. A top-notch terrace, podium pool, outdoor courts, and a library lounge are just a few of the property’s remarkable features.

The 37-year-old celebrity has been attempting to sell her condo for more than a year. Recently, she announced that she has further reduced the price.

Carla Abellana said that she is selling her property for a great deal less than market value. The property is offered fully furnished, and a parking space, which costs about a million pesos, is also included in the asking price.

The Kapuso star said in an Instagram post that she’s further reduced the asking price of her condo. “Lowered the price even more! Waaaaay below market value now ️,” she wrote.
