Kapuso actress Carla Abellana made clarifications about her condominium unit that she is already selling.
Amid the breakup rumors, Carla announced on her Instagram account that she is selling her condo at The Groove in Rockwell in Pasig City. Many were surprised that the actress was selling at a very low price.
She even said that the price is below the real market value. An intriguing post of social media personality Xian Gaza speculated that Carla Abellana’s husband Tom Rodriguez did a mistake there.
In a recent series of posts on her Instagram Story, Carla clarified that the price of the condo unit is not P2 million, as many assumed. “Hello everyone! I needed to clarify the price of my Condo Unit at The Grove URGENTLY. It’s not worth Php 2M. Some press articles, including Sir. Ogie Diaz’s video are FALSE. They state that it is only worth 2M, which is NOT TRUE,” she said.
Then, the actress explained that she bought the condo unit in 2015 as an investment. She also said that no one has lived there because she bought it for herself as an investment.
Carla stressed that the parking slot costs P2 million already. “I NEVER said that my The Grove Condo Unit is selling for 2M only. Bakit ko po sasabihin ‘yun kung hindi totoo? Hindi po ako click-baiter, si Tinder Swindler or si Anna Delvey [Google niyo na lang po yang mga yan],” the actress quipped. Carla also stressed that she said “2M slashed off” and this does not that it only costs P2 million.
Meanwhile, Carla Abellana’s father, Rey PJ Abellana, had a controversial statement saying that Tom Rodriguez had a one-night stand. Later on, the seasoned actor retracted his statement and said that his daughter was mad with what he said.
