Customer Expresses Dismay Towards Disrespectful Fast-Food Crew at NAIA Terminal 3

Jollibee Crew at NAIA Terminal 3 Receives Criticism for Rude Behavior Towards Customer

A customer was left in disbelief after encountering a group of ill-mannered Jollibee crew members at NAIA Terminal 3 when she requested seven cups of water. The incident prompted her to lodge a complaint with the management of Jollibee NAIA Terminal 3.

According to a Facebook user Ellehcar Enna, she was accompanied by children to have dinner at Jollibee inside NAIA. They decided not to give the kids soft drinks and since the branch didn’t offer any juice, they simply asked for seven cups of water.

Ellehcar relayed her request to the cashier, who then passed it on to another crew member. To her surprise, the crew member responded sarcastically, saying, “Ano ‘yan lahat libre?”

The cashier apologized for the rude behavior of the crew member, stating that she was just tired. However, Ellehcar expressed her frustrations due to the incident.

Afterward, Ellehcar sought out the manager, but another crew member interjected and pretended to be the manager. When the manager finally called the two crew members, they continued to display a disrespectful attitude, refusing to approach and apologize.
