A Facebook user named Keyrr Pasco has shared the video footage of a lady customer who disrespected a Jollibee crew after ordering a crispy towel. The incident garnered various reactions from the netizens.
In the video, it can be seen that the lady customer inside the vehicle approached the fast-food chain employee at the drive-thru. The woman asked the crew if she can order a “crispy towel”.
Unfortunately, the fast-food worker left confused due to the woman’s question. The crew remained calm and patient despite the situation and respectfully responded that they had none.
Pasco has also expressed her pity and sympathy towards the Jollibee employee due to the customer’s disrespectful act. She don’t find it funny and expressed her dismay towards the disrespectful lady.
