However, the particular hiding spot for this doll left her with a mix of amusement and slight unease.
Mary explained that her child excitedly informed her about the doll’s “new makeover” and challenged her to find it. Despite searching the usual hiding spots, the doll was nowhere to be found.
It was only when Mary lay down on the bed that she noticed a pair of eyes peering from the cabinet. To her surprise, it was the hidden doll her child had mentioned.
“Mahilig kasi yung anak ko magtago ng kung ano-ano. Remote, cellphones, mga ganyan. Pagpasok ko sa kwarto namin, excited pa sya na sinabi sakin na hanapin ko daw yung doll nya na ‘bagong makeover.’ Eh hindi ko mahanap doon sa usual place na pinagtataguan nya ng kung ano-ano. Paghiga ko sa kama, nakita ko may nakadungaw na mata sa cabinet. Pagtingin ko, yun pala yung doll ng anak ko,” Beltran said.
During the day, Mary found the situation amusing. However, when night fell, she admitted to feeling a slight apprehension, especially when catching glimpses of the doll in the darkness. The playfulness of her child’s hidden doll took on an eerie aura when viewed in the absence of light.
Netizens had their own humorous responses to the photo, jokingly commenting that the doll seemed to be “seeking justice.”
